What is Reiki?

Usui Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It is based on the concept of channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to promote healing and balance in the recipient's body, mind, and spirit. Usui Reiki practitioners believe that this energy flows through the body's energy centers, or chakras, and can be directed to areas where it is needed most. A Reiki master, after receiving training and attunement in Usui Reiki, has the ability to initiate and teach others in this healing modality. In addition to facilitating Reiki sessions for clients, a Reiki master guides and supports students on their journey to mastering Reiki techniques, understanding energy principles, and cultivating their intuition and spiritual growth. They often lead workshops, provide mentorship, and offer ongoing support to their students as they progress along their Reiki path.

Reiki healing sessions are performed one on one in an office or studio setting.  Please contact me so we can tailor your Reiki experience to what best suits your needs.  Reiki level 1 and level 2 practitioner trainings are available quarterly.
